(2) In case it is at any time shown to the satisfaction of the

Governor in Council that the buildings upon the said lot have ceased to be used for the purposes for which the same were erected as provided by condition (a) it shall be lawful for the Governor to re-enter upon the lot in like manner aɛ for any other breach of the terms of the Crown Lease.

(3) The Company shall not sell, assign, mortgage, charge, demise,

unlerlet, part with the possession or otherwise dispose of on encumber the lot or any part thereof or any building thereon without the consent of the Governor in Council firet had and obtained.

(4) The Crown Lease shall contain such covenants as shall be

necessary to give effect to these conditions.

(b) The purchaser shall reclaim and form the whole of the areas coloured

red and green on sale plan to such levels as the Director of Public Works may require and to his satisfaction and shall construct for the protection of such reclaimed area between the pointe C & E on plan a sea wall of auch design and materials as may be approved by the Director of Public Works and between the points A & B, B & C, and E & F a rubble mound faced with a pitched slope set in cement mortar and bedded in cement concrete. The whole of the above worke shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works within 24 months from the date mentioned in General Condition No. 12. The area coloured green ɔn plan to be handed over to Government free of cost on completion.

(c) The purchaser of the lot will not be allowed to utilize the area coloured green for the purpose of storage or for the erection of any temporary buildings without the consent of the Director of Fublic Works first having been obtained.

(a) The facades of any buildings erected fronting the road of the

Western boundary of the lot to be subject to the special approval of the Director of Public Works.

(e) The sale of this lot will be subject to the requirements of the

Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance being complied with and to it then being declared expedient by the Governor in Council to grant the lease of this area.

(f) Any rights as regards marine frontage shall extend only to that boundary of the lot marked D & E on plan and measuring about 420 feet.
